Essentially, ArcWeb does not make use of the toolbox system.
Only two of its supplied tools (that are hardly used) need it,
namely the DNS Tester and Web Colour Editor applications.
It does load a newer version of the FilterManager module than
is present in ROM in RISC OS 3.10/3.11 in !ArcWeb.!Run, but
I have removed that line as it is only there so it is loaded
at the earliest possible instant - replacing it with toolbox
programs active and/or other filter manager clients which do
not act on the service calls that report the module is dying
causes those programs that don't follow the PRM to (even
cause the computer to) crash horribly. ArcWeb recommends
that a newer filter manager is loaded in the !Boot sequence,
or you could force ArcWeb to load the new copy without
complaint if the original version (0.08) was unplugged and
of course the !Run files of toolbox programs checked for it
and RMEnsure'd it, loading System:Modules.FilterMgr if reqd.

When you count the votes, can take into account what
the specification of [Acorn] computer(s) the person
has at their disposal? i.e. processor, RAM and OS.

Undesirable. I've not figured out a way to reboot in order
to reclaim the RMA consumed from using a toolbox application
without breaking the on-line connection. Any bright ideas?
